Happy Easter
Happy Easter! I hope that you are enjoying the long weekend with plenty of crochet and chocolate. In our corner of the world the sun is putting in an appearance and there was some real warmth in it when I went into the the garden to pick some flowers for the photo shoot. Little Trixie, who has spent of the the week burring out of the window at the birds on the feeder, was also fascinated by the spring goodies that I brought in and had a good sniff before leaving me to take the pics.
This part forms the last rounds of the cow parsley square and should be around 20 cm to match the size of the first square. I am really looking forward to next week when I will be joining the squares.
This week, we are continuing our edging to frame the cow parsley and ensure that the final round of this square is in cream, as was that of the previous square.

The blanket is worked in the round. You do not need to turn your work after each row and you continue working in the same direction as before.

For the first stitch on each row: Chain 1 to move up to the next round if the round starts with double crochet. Chain 2 if the round starts with a half treble crochet, and chain 3 if the round starts with a treble crochet. These chains count as the first stitch in the row

Round 16:
Use Pomegranate.
(dc, ch 2, dc) in any corner ch-2-sp. Ch 1, skip 1, dc. 14 times. Ch 1, skip 1. Do the whole sequence 4 times. Fasten off. (64 dc, 60 ch-1-sp and 4 ch-2-sp)
Round 17:
Use Cream.
(dc, ch 2, dc) in any corner ch-2-sp. Ch 1, skip 1, dc. 15 times. Ch 1, skip 1. Do the whole sequence 4 times. Fasten off. (68 dc, 64 ch-1-sp and 4 ch-2-sp)
