Exciting times in the garden this week: we have picked our first bowl of fresh strawberries and devoured them with glee. I’ve been checking the patch regularly to make sure we get them just as they turn red and before any of the garden wildlife catches sight of them. So strawberries have definitely been on my mind this month and have fed into my June gnome idea. As you see it’s a crochet cork gnome who has dressed as strawberry and pinched a couple of their pretty white flowers to decorate her hat.
You can purchase these items yarn at lovecrochet and amazon (Using these links does not cost you any extra but I will earn a small commission, will help me keep posting free patterns).
